White velvet fabric with a maroon velvet Decalogue embroidered with an olive branch and the word “Shalom” (“Peace”) using gold and silver threads.  The top and hem of the mantle have been edged with gold fringe. Hebrew writing beneath the Decalogue, stitched in gold thread, translates as: “In honor of Jacob, son of Aaron Marcus”.
