Rabbi Nechemiah Kibel (1952-2005) studied at the Yeshiva of the South in Memphis, Tennessee, under the tutelage of Rabbi Meir Belsky. In 1990, he became the founding principal of RITSS high school for girls, an orthodox Jewish school, which he led successfully until his untimely death in 2005. Rabbi Kibel was a great influence in the spiritual development of the Jewish communities in both Memphis and Cincinnati.
