The front / obverse has in the upper center field a right facing bust of Begin looking at a left facing bust of Sadat, with a forward facing bust of President Carter in between the two and in the background.  In the lower center field is a picture of the entrance to the Camp David Presidential Retreat.  Below the picture, in English, is the date “September 1978” and in Hebrew the date “ELUL 5739”.  Curved around the rim in English, Hebrew and Arabic is written “THE CAMP DAVID SUMMIT - A BREAKTHROUGH TO PEACE”.

This medal was issued in:
Bronze (59mm - mintage 10,000),
Silvered Bronze (59mm - mintage 5,000),
Silver (59mm - mintage 5,000) and
Gold-Plated Bronze (59mm - 5,000 were minted). 

The medal was issued by The Shekel Mint in Israel.  Each medal is individually numbered on the edge (the silvered bronze example shown above is numbered 1329) and is stamped on the edge with an “S” and “ISRAEL”.
