This medal was issued in Bronze (38mm - mintage unknown) and in sterling silver (38mm - mintage unknown).  It is unknown who minted this medal.  The edge of the silver medal is stamped with “.999 FS CANADA”.  Each medal is individually numbered on its edge (the bronze example shown above is numbered 00013).  [the silver proof is purported to have a mintage of only 500.]
