This medal was issued in silver (35mm - mintage unknown), silvered bronze (59mm - mintage unknown) and gold (35mm - mintage unknown). Each medal is individually numbered on its edge (the silvered bronze example in the Cincinnati Judaica Fund’s collection is numbered 7576) and the edge is marked with “ISRAEL” in Hebrew and English.
