the first paragraph is “Yisgadel for Shalosh Rigalim” which refers to the tune for Kaddish (The prayer for the dead) and specifically the tune that is sung for kaddish of on the Shalosh Regalim (Three Festivals – Passover, Shavout, and Sukkot).

The second paragraph says “Shira Chadash for a Bris” a new song to be sung at a bris (circumcision ceremony).
