German Jewish Melodies as Transcribed by Manfred Rabenstein

caption:
The first paragraph is a tune for Hakofos (circles). Hakofos are the joyous climax of the Simchat Torah holiday (The holiday which immediately follows Sukkot) during which Jews dance and sing with the Torah scrolls as having completed the 54 weekly Torah portions.

The second paragraph begins the tune used during the kedusha prayer, which is recited each Shabbat during the chazzan’s repetition of shemonai esrai during the Mussaf prayer service.
