The front / obverse depicts a modernistic stylized version of the Ten Commandments, and bears the biblical inscription – (Na ‘ase Ve ‘Nishma) – We will do, and we will listen.  It is what the Jewish people said to G-d at Mount Sinai when Moses brought down G-d’s Ten Commandments.

Description
This high relief medal commemorates the second book of the Torah – Exodus.  It portrays the three major events that took place; Exodus from Egypt, Wandering in the Sinai Desert for forty years, on the way to the promised land, and the Ten Commandments. 
                                                      
The medal was designed and sculpted by Brian Watkins.
 
The Motif and Hebrew sayings by Nathan Sobel.
 
This medal was issued in Bronze (57mm) with 75 numbered individually and another 100 unnumbered.  It was also issued in .999 Silver (57 mm) with only 100 medals struck.
