To all my dear friends and colleagues, protectors of the Torah, Rabbis and Scholars of Israel, to the dear leaders and supporters of Israel, grandfather of all the pure with us and the head of the Agudath Israel to the wholesome believers and to all of Israel in all of you stand on my blessing. May Hashem be with you and the elders amongst us and the young of the Jewish people. 
In this time, a frightful time on earth a time of fear and uproar, a hellish catastrophical day.
Let us do something! Together we must go in the way of the King, the way of the King of Kings,  we must not vere left or right and we must not know bad. With one heard we must daven to our Father in Heaven and pour out dialog. We must believe that in Hashem lies the ultimate salvation. Do not despair, why throw your (proverbial) shoe (? – like throwing in the towel) we must not sit here like mourners. Our father still live. Stop our singing and rejoicing because the year of redemption has come.  The watchers of the wall turned. The enemies retreated and the sheep were quiet the victory is to us, in Hashem we trust and will we be saved. He should gather the dispersed in this year. He should dedicate the glory fo the Torah and it’s knowledge. We should be merited in our own redemption and to redeem our souls on this land.
