Chaim Weizmann Plaque

It is a molded bust portrait of Chaim Weizmann. The bust is raised off of the plaque and shows great detail with hair and facial features, in the top right corner of the plaque slightly overlapped by the head is a crest containing a menorah with a leaf design around it. At the bottom in raised letters it reads: "DR. CHAIM WEIZMANN FIRST PRESIDENT OF THE STATE OF ISREAL" just below the bust it is marked Jos. Tarr copyright 1949.
