Description
The edge of this medal is stamped “E 670”
The obverse of medal signed with initials “JDL”
It is believed that this medal was minted by the Longines Symphonet
 
1850-1924.  Was best known as a US Trade Unionist.  Born in London and emigrated to America in 1863 to the Lower East Side of New York City.  Joined a local cigar makers union and rose through its ranks to become its leader in 1880.  He was instrumental in establishing the American Federation of Labor in 1886 and eventually became its President.
