"Tale of a Torah Scroll: A Chapter In German-American Jewish History" by Werner Weinberg. The booklet was published in 1976 in honor of the Centennial of the Hebrew Union College - Jewish Institute of Religion in Cincinnati, Ohio. 

Summery: The booklet tells the story of a Torah scroll from Werner Weinberg's family which he managed to save from distruction during the Holocaust. He ultimately decided to donate the Torah scroll to HUC-JIR in honor of the College's Centennial.

A hard copy of the booklet can be found in the archives of the Center for Holocaust and Humanity Education.
