A photograph of Ohel Yakov (the Great Synagogue) in Munich after Kristallnacht (The Night of Broken Glass). The Synagogue was completely destoryed. Information on the destruction can be found here.

In November of 2006 a new "Great" Synagogue was built and named Ohel Yakov. It is located a few blocks away from the original synagogue. More information can be found at their website (in German, some browers will translate the page).
