ARTICLE 2
Frees
 
Section 1. The initiation fee or dues payable by applicants for membership shall be such amount or amounts as the congregation may determined by resolution enacted by a majority vote of the members at a meeting called for that purpose.
 
ARTICLE 3
Trustees
 
Section 1. The number of trustees shall be tree (3). Trustees shall hold office for one year or until their successor are elected and qualified.
 
ARTICLE 4.
Officers
Section 1. The officers of the congregation shall be a president, vice-president, recording secretary, financial secretary, treasurer, comptroller, Gabbai Rishon, Gabbai Shaine, Gabbai Bais Chaim, GabbaliShaine (Bais Chaim) and in addition thereto a Cemetery Board consisting of five (5) members of the congregation who shall be elected in the same manner used in the election of trustees and officers.
 
ARTICLE 5
Nominations for Office
 
Section 1. Nominations shall take place at a time preceding the first (1st) meeting before Schabas Braches and the second nomination and election shall take place at the next meeting.
