ARTICLE 8
 
Section 1. The Board of Directors shall consist of not less than twenty-five (25) members appointed by the president and vice-president and in addition thereto include the officers of the congregation.
 
Section 2. The chairman, vice-chairman and secretary of the Board shall be elected by the members thereof at a meeting called therefor. The Board shall find ways and means of raising funds for the congregation and the congregational activities and shall submit its recommendations to the congregation. The secretary of the Board as compensation for his services shall have his dues remitted during his term of office. All meetings shall be called by the Chairman of the Board.
 
ARTICLE 9
Committee Meetings
 
Section 1. Every member shall attend as many meetings of the congregation as he can.
 
Section 2. It shall be the duty of committee members to attend meetings of their committees and perform their tasks as members thereof to the best of their respective ability.
 
Section 3. Committee members failing to properly discharge their duties as such shall be subject to discharge from membership of such committees. The president shall thereupon appoint another member to serve on the committee in place of the member thus discharged.
