ARTICLE 10
Offenses
 
Section 1. Members shall at all times conduct themselves in a proper and respectable manner. Such members as fail to so conduct themselves shall be subject to charges of unbecoming conduct and may be tried by a committee specially appointed for such purposes.
 
ARTICLE 11
Rules of the Congregation
 
Section 1. When the president or chairman assumes the chair for the purpose of conducting a meeting the officers and members shall take their respective stations.
 
Sections 2. No member shall arise to interrupt or disturb any other member who ahs the floor except to rise to a point of order, information or on a question of personal privilege or when he finds it necessary to leave the meeting.
 
Section 3. Any member desiring to speak shall arise and respectfully request recognition by the presiding officer.
 
Section 4. If two or more members desiring to speak request recognition at the same time, the presiding officer shall decide the order in which such members shall be entitled to the floor.
 
Section 5. Members shall refrain from interruptions nor shall any member make any disturbance while the presiding officer is stating the question or addressing the congregation.
