The meeting was called to order by Hirsch Manischewitz […] minutes of the previous meeting were read and […] that all minutes be kept in book form and a coy to be made available for the general meeting of the […] required.
 
The report of a […] our attorney, who examined […] was read. Mr. Buskin reported that the title to the property was […] and stated in his report that the following two matters would require attention, namely: A COMPLETE REGISTRATION of the heirs inheriting this property […], and CLERICAL ERROR in the description of the […] record, to be corrected. He recommended that […] necessary arrangements for purchase this site and promised to have […] matters attended to, by himself and Mr. Hargit, attorney for Elizabeth J. Jowvit.
 
[…[ made a report on the appeal for contribution that was made Yom Kippur night. A sum of twenty thousand five hundred and fifty dollars ($20,550.00) was proposed by individuals presiding.

The treasurer reported two thousand seven hundred sixty-two dollars and fifty-five cents ($2762.55) cash on hand.
 
Various plans were discussed for obtaining the actual purchase money required to buy the […]. By unanimous agreement, by and resolution adopted members of the building Committee were authorized as follows:
A – To negotiate a personal loan of nineteen thousand dollars ($19,000) on a joint not.
B- To use this money together with the cash in the hands of the treasurer, wherewith to purchase the new Schul site.
