Harav Hagoen Rebbi Betzalel Epstein from Reval, Estonia was chosen to take the place of the Rav who died, Hagoan Rebbi Gershon Lesser Zt’l, B’Khillos Bais Tefillah in Cincinnati. He was the Rav in Reval for 14 years and came to America six months ago.
