Samuel S. Schmidt, editor of Every Friday, Cincinnati Jewish weekly newspaper, receives a scroll from Mrs. Nathan Silver for service to the Chofetz Chaim Day School. Mrs. Silver was chairman of arrangements for the school's community dinner Tuesday night at the Jewish Community Center. Rabbi Eliezer Silver, school founder, also received a scroll.


The Envelope attached contains the text of speech of Mrs. Nathan Silver Granting the Award to Samuel Schmidt.
