Rabbi H Schaff,
8 Kerren Kaymes, Rochava
Jerusalem, Palestine.
Dear Rabbi
I represent Rabbi Eliezer Silver of this City who is desirous of recording the enclosed from Max Kut upon real estate at Haifa and Petach Tikvah. I am enclosing the deed herein together with a certificate as to the Notary Public authorization. This deed has been executed in accordance with the laws of Ohio.
Rabbi Silver should appreciate your recording this or else informing us what is required to have this deed or a similar deed recorded. Let me know whatever the costs are and I will have Rabbi Silver reimburse you accordingly.
I guess your experiences are remarkable in Palestine in these days and times, and we join with you in prayer and hope that this terrible war will be over soon; that the United Nations wioll be successful and Palestine will have new birth of freedom and sanctuary for the Jews,
With many thanks for your kind favor and with best wishes, I remain,
Respectfully Yours,

Dear Rabbi:
After talking to you in the corridor at the Court House about the status of your property in Israel, I found a letter, which you suggested that I send to Rabbi E. Scheff, and which I did. I am enclosing a copy of this letter, which is self explanatory as to your deed and the status of it.
If there is anything further I can do, do not hesitate to call me.
Sincerely,
