Description
The Rabbis’ march was a protest in support of American and allied intervention to put an end to the destruction of European Jewry. The date of the march was October 6, 1943. The March involved over 400 rabbis, most being from the Union of Orthodox Rabbis. The delegation was received by Vice President Henry Wallace.
