Description
Struck in memory of the 110 Jewish Communities in Western Bohemia destroyed during the Holocaust.  Issued in Silver (900) and in Bronze (both 40 mm in diameter). 
 
Designed by Jiri Spinka, and engraved by Anselm Rozkovec.
 
The medal was issued by the Museum of Dr. Simon Adler.  The museum was built in 1997 as a memorial to the Jewish historian and Rabbi Dr. Shimon Adler, who was born and in 1944, a victim of the Holocaust, died in Auschwitz. The museum is located in the village of Dobra Voda above Hartmanice near the church of St. Gunther
