MR. MOSES E. MILLER served as the finan-cial secretary. He made all the loans and was responsible for all the collections from the day the Gemilas Chesed was organized in the 1880's until the time of his death, October 10, 1932.
At that time his son, Mitchell J. Miller, took over the responsibilities of the organization and is today its financial secretary.
