The back / reverse depicts the insignia of the 7th Armored Brigade which was established in 1948 and was the first armored brigade of the IDF.  Around the Insignia are engraved the four wars in which the 7th armored brigade participated (1) Israeli War of Independence in 1948, (2) the Sinai War in 1956, (30 the Six Day War in 1967, and (4) and the War of Attrition in 1968 – 1970.
