CONSTITUTION
Revised and Adopted March 3, 1957 ARTICLE I Section 1. This Society shall be known as the "Beth Moshaw Skenim" Orthodox Jewish Home for the Aged, of Cincinnati, Ohio. This Home shall be conducted according to the Orthodox Jewish laws and rituals and in conformity with the dietary laws of the Shulchan Oruch. The dietary regulations of this institu-tion must not be changed as long as there are ten members in good standing. Sec. 2. The minutes of all transactions of this Society shall be recorded in the English lan-guage. Sec. 3. If in the course of time the Home should deem it advisable to consolidate with an-other Old Home in this city, it shall have the right only to change its name, but under no cir-cumstances is it permitted to change the dietary laws and other regulations which conform with the laws of the Shulchan Oruch. Sec. 4. Members: Any person who makes a contribution to the Community Chest Fund of Hamilton County, Ohio, and in such contribu-tion designates the said The Orthodox Jewish Home for the Aged as a recipient of his gift of an amount of at least $5.00 shall be a member of the Home, and shall, at the annual meeting thereof, be entitled to all the privileges of mem-bers, including the right to vote at any election for members of the Board and upon any other subject properly coming before the membership of the Home. Anyone contributing $5.00 or more directly to the Home shall likewise become a member with the same rights and privileges.
