generally perform such duties as may be required of him by the members or trustees. He shall keep a record of all money received and expended and shall read a report of the receipts and disbursements at every meeting of the Congregation.
(d) Treasurer. The treasurer shall receive and have in charge all moneys belonging to the Congregation and shall disburse the same as shall be ordered by the Board of Trustees. He shall keep an accurate account of the moneys received and disbursed by him and shall not disburse money except by voucher signed by the president of the Congregation. He shall generally perform such duties as may be required of him by the members and trustees. On the expiration of his term of office he shall turn over to his successor or to the Board of Trustees all money and property of the Congregation in his hands. The treasurer shall be placed under a bond of one thousand dollars, the premium of which the Congregation shall pay. The salary of the treasurer shall be one dollar per year.
ARTICLE V. Qualifications of the Members. Any person of the Jewish faith may become a member of this Congregation upon election by the majority of the members present at any meeting and by agreeing to be bound by the regulations and by-laws of the Congregation.
ARTICLE VI. Dues.
The annual dues of the members shall be such as is designated by a majority vote at a meeting of the Congregation.
ARTICLE VII. Amendments. These regulations may be amended or repealed by the written assent thereto of the members of the Congrega-tion or by a majority of the members at a meeting called for the purpose. These regulations shall be in addition to and are a part of the Constitution of the Keneseth Israel Cong-regation except in so far as said Constitution is in conflict herewith.
