ITEM X. In the event of a shule or organization not satisfied as to the up-keep of their cemetery or any other matter they will bring their complaints to the board, who shall investigate said complaint, through a special committee of three to bring in their finding.
ITEM XI. It shall be the duties of superintendent of the Covedale Cemetery Association at all times to keep the cemeteries and chapels in good condition and state of repairs, with particular emphasis placed upon the cutting of grass, removal of weeds and debris. Salary of said superintendent is to be Twenty-Four hundred ($2400.00) dollars per year, payable monthly. The superintendent is to receive compensation from the individual shules and organizations for the diging of graves, laying the foundation for monuments, and the cleaning and placing of shrubbery, plants, etc., at a set rate to be fixed by the board. The superintendent can make a foundation for a monument only upon written order from the warden of said cemetery. Cemeteries shall be open from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. All gates are to be locked after 5 P.M.
ITEM XIII. It is further understood and agreed that the Covedale Cemetery Association may withhold the services of the superintendent from any shule or organization which is not in good standing or delinquent on payment of their assessments.
ITEM XIV. The foregoing rules and laws may be amended by two-thirds majority of those members in good standing and present at the time of vote.
