REGULATIONS OF THE KENESETH ISRAEL CONGREGATION
ARTICLE I. Meeting of Members
(a) Annual Meeting. The annual meeting of the members of the Keneseth Israel Congregation shall be held at the Synagogue of the Congregation on the second Sunday after Simhas Torah,
(b) Quarterky Meetings. Quarterly meetings of the members shall be held at the Synagogue of the Congre-gation on the last Sunday of January, April, July and Oct-ober.
(c) Special Meetings. Special meetings of the members may be called by the president of the Congregation or on the written request of any ten members delivered to the president who then shall call such meeting. Said meet-ings shall be called by giving notice in writing to each member by mail at his last known address. At all meetings eleven shall constitute a quorum.
ARTICLE II. Trustees The number of trustees shall be seven, The el-ection of trustees shall be held at the annual meeting of the members, or at any special meeting called for that purpose. Trustees shall hold office for one year or until their successors are elected and qualified.

ARTICLE III. Offices The officers of the Congregation shall be pre-sident, vice-president, who shall also be the Gabai, sec-retary and treasurer. Said officers shall be chosen at the annual meeting of the members, by a majority ballot and shall hold office for one year or until their succes-sors are elected and qualified. The president as required by statute of the laws of Ohio shall be elected by the Board of Trustees,
ARTICLE IV. Duties of Officers
(a) President. The president shall preside at all meetings of members and sign the records thereof.
(b) Vice-President. The vice-president shall perform all the duties of the president in case of the ab-sence or disability of the latter. In case the president and vice-president are both absent or unable to perform their duties, the chairman of the Board of Trustees shall preside.
(c) Secretary. The secretary shall keep min-utes of all the proceedings of the members and make a pro-per record of the same, which shall be attested by him, and
