Outer rim reads in English: “How shall we sing the Lord’s song in a strange land?” /PS. 137.4.  Inner rim: the same inscription in Hebrew taken from the Psalms.  In the center – the Star of David.  Within the inner portion of the star, an Israeli male (farmer) is straddled holding in his right hand a bunch of grapes, and in his left hand, a rifle.

Description
This medal depicts General Moshe Dayan as a hero.  It was struck in Holland after the Six-Day War, to commemorate Israel’s victory.
 
It was minted in both Bronze and Silver (52mm diameter).  The edge of the medal are beaded.
