The back / reverse of this medal depicts in the center an Israeli soldier grasping a flag pole with the Israeli Flag with a civilian arm grasping the flag pole below.  This depiction represents the contributions of both the Israeli Defense Forces as well as the Israeli citizens to the stunning Israeli victory in 1967 against the combined armies of Egypt, Syria and Jordan.

On the top of the medal is the inscription in Hebrew and English, "VISION AND VICTORY".  On the bottom is the date, 1967.
