ARTICLE 1
Name and Meetings
 
Section 1. This congregation shall be known as B’nai Jacob Congregation (Agudath Israel Beth Hackneseth Joseph Meyer).
 
Section 2. This congregation shall be perpetual and not subject to dissolution as long as ten (10) members in good standing oppose its dissolution.
 
Section 3. All matters of business, discussions and motions or any other order of business conducted at the meetings of the congregation may be either in Yiddish or in English. All written records of the congregation, including the books and minutes, shall be written in English.
 
Section 4 (a) The regular meetings of the members of this congregation shall be held at the synagogue of the congregation. Agudath Israel Beth Hackneseth Joseph Meyer, 521 Forest Avenue, on the first and third week in each month.
 
(b) Annual meetings for the election of officers to be held within a month after Succoth.
 
( c )  Special meetings of the members may be called by the president, or by the trustees, or by any ten (10) members, by giving notice in writing to each member by mail at his last known address at least twenty-four (24) hours before the calling of such special meeting. AT all meetings seven (7) members shall constitute a quorum.
