(b) Duties of the Gabbai Shaine. The Gabbai Shaine shall assist the Gabbai Rishon in all of his duties and work and perform such duties and work in the absence of Gabbai Rishon.
 
(c )Duties of Gabbai Bais Chaim. The Gabbai Bais Chaim shall notify the secretary of the death of any member of the congregation of which he has knowledge. He shall consult the Cemetery Board before quoting a price for funerals and furnishing and shall not quote prices without first having obtained consent of Cemetery Board. All fees and moneys received by the Warden or any member of the Cemetery Board from funerals or other sources shall be turned over to the financial secretery of the congregation. The Warden shall receive a five-dollar ($5.00) fee for his services at a burial and additional five dollars ($5.00) for the use of automobile in connection with a burial. Gabbai Bais Chaim must be present in order to receive his fee; he must have an interest.
 
(d)Duties of Gabbai Shaine (Bais Chaim). The president shall appoint a Board consisting of five (5) members of the congregation which shall assist the Gabbai Bais Chaim in his duties and which shall serve for one year after its appointment. In the event he in unable to get in touch with the Board the Gabbai Bais Chaim shall  notify the president or vice-president. The Gabbai Schaine (Baise Chaim) shall be entitled to a funeral fee of five dollars ($5.00) only and if he is present and attendant at the funeral.
